ENCHILADAS
     For authentic Mexican style enchiladas, just follow the recipe on the label.
      If you want more heat, just substitute pepper jack cheese for the sharp cheddar and garnish the top with jalapeno slices.

CHICKEN QUESADILLAS
Cooked chicken, cubed
Jerry’s Old World Enchilada Sauce
Flour tortillas
Shredded sharp cheddar or pepper jack cheese
     Mix cooked chicken with sauce. Spread mayonnaise on one side of flour tortilla. Lay with that side down on warm griddle. Top with some chicken mixture and cheese. Top with another tortilla and spread mayonnaise on top. Grill till each side is toasted and mixture inside is hot.

MEXICAN PIZZA
Pizza dough
Jerry’s Old World Enchilada Sauce
Cooked sausage
Shredded pepper jack cheese
     Prepare pizza dough. Top with Jerry’s Old World Enchilada Sauce, cooked sausage and pepper jack cheese. Bake and enjoy.

SIMPLE CHILI
1 Pound cooked ground beef
1/3 Cup chopped onion
15.5 oz. Mexican style chili beans
1 jar Jerry’s Old World Enchilada Sauce
2 Cups canned tomatoes, chopped
     Combine ingredients above and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Jerry’s Old World Enchilada Sauce is so full of flavor there is no need to add additional spices.
      Kidney beans may be substituted for the chili beans for less spice.

HOT DOG SAUCE
1 jar Jerry’s Old World Enchilada Sauce
1/2 Cup cooked ground beef
2/3 Cup ketchup
1/8 tsp. Ground cloves
     Combine ingredients above and simmer 5 minutes to allow flavors to marry.
      Makes approximately 2 1/2 Cups.

TORTILLA DIP
2-16 oz. cans of refried beans
2 Pounds ground beef, cooked and drained (ground turkey,
cooked, or chicken, cooked and shredded, may be substituted)
2-8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 jar Jerry’s Old World Enchilada Sauce
8 oz. Shredded cheddar or Mixed Mexican cheese
Sliced jalapeno peppers
     Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer ingredients, in order given, in a 13x9 baking dish. Bake uncovered till bubbles, then time for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
